The job purpose is to provide work direction and support the design and implementation of the new projects, related to the POS and Payment Transactions business. The successful candidate will be responsible to set up project plans, monitor the daily implementation and roll out of all POS projects, and ensure the successful and timely delivery of all project components.
- Cooperation with equipment and services suppliers in order to ensure the efficient roll out all POS project
- Updating/verification of operational processes
- Aid and support for the Sales Division in maintaining good client relationships
- Define project objectives, timelines, and resource requirements; Establish clear ownership of project tasks
- Track & proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to CIO and other stakeholders
- Reports to Software Hardware and Services Operations Director
- Technical expertise in the scope of the eft / pos devices and knowledge of issues related to POS terminals functioning
- Knowledge of technical software, related directly to the configuration environment, POS and ERC data bases
- Knowledge of authorisation systems and terminal applications
- Proven experience in project management
- Proficient use of the English language
