We are looking for independent, open-minded, diligent and detail oriented person with excellent presentation & communication skills, ability to work efficiently in the dynamic multinational environment. The candidate should have at least 2 year working experience in a similar position; with min 1 year experience in people management. The candidate should have strong analytical, interpersonal, organisational and reporting skills as well as good knowledge of business processes. Likewise be able to manage projects involving many parties located in multiple countries, prioritise with the client and the CBRE team day to day tasks and projects, provide solutions and improvement ideas and be able to effectively communicate risks, issues and achievements. The role would include strong cooperation with the Lease Administration, Client Accounting, Strategy, Transaction and Estates Management teams located in the UK and Client"s regional Teams located in Europe, US, Asia and Africatherefore real estate background, knowledge of multiple foreign languages would be an advantage.
- Managing the team of 5-8 FTE & it's workload
- Managing the relation with the internal and external Client and it's satisfaction
- Managing projects in terms of Portfolio Services function (data improvement and validation projects, re-abstraction, global reporting improvements, technology solutions improvements projects, etc.)
- Coordination of Client's projects
- Coordination of the 3rd Party abstraction
- Portfolio reporting (internal / external)
- Ensuring highest level of service (incl. data accuracy, quality of all deliverables, KPIs, SLA, etc.)
- Being a SME in terms of Lease Administration function and lease admin tools
- Delivery of trainings
- Providing solutions, improvements, best practices, seeking optimization of the processes
- Readiness to travel for business
- Delivery of presentations
- Being an escalation point
- Master"s degree in Real Estate / Finance or similar
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must, another language is an advantage
- Analytical approach to day to day tasks
- Client oriented attitude
- Able to prioritize and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met; delivering a high quality service
- Highly organized to ensure critical control deadlines are met every month
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced Excel modelling and data manipulation skills (creating new models, controls to maintain data integrity, consolidation automation)
- Salesforce knowledge would be an advantage
- Able to coordinate and motivate a team
- A team player with proven ability to work easily and effectively across boundaries
- Excellent communication skills including presentation skills with fluent English written/spoken
- Ability to engage and present issues for resolution across all levels to the team
