Join Avenga's team and work for the client from the banking sector as PMO Specialist. You will be the bridge between Execution Leaders and Project Portfolio Management, and a key enabler for successful execution of Projects, Programmes and Agile Release Trains. At now you can work 100% remote, but after Covid 19 you will be asked to work from the clint's office in Tricity.
Responsibilities:
- Finance (Monitor, report and analysis on financials e.g. update cost plans, create monthly financial project forecasting based on resource plans, analyse actual costs, investigate cost deviations, create accruals)
- Resources Management (Maintain Demand & Supply Map, Manage On/Off-boarding, Secure Trainings)
- Delivery Management (Key Milestones Tracking, Communication of Deliveries, Portfolio Healthiness, etc.)
- Reports and KPIs (Financial Reports, Progress Reports, Team Reports, KPIs Reporting, etc.)
- Risk Management (QRAs, Follow-up)
- Communication (Supporting initiatives with external communication)
Requirements and competences:
- 3+ years of PMO experience
- Bachelor degree (preferably in Project Management, Finance, Economy or IT)
- Fluency in English
- Sense of ownership and willingness to deliver upon agreed deadlines
- Collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Good analytical skills
- Strong in MS Office products, mainly Excel
- Service/product mindset
