For a fully-remote project we are looking for a PMO Assistant with 2-5 years of business and IT experience. Our client is market-leading pharmaceutical company.
DUTIES:
- Supporting the project coordinator in project management tasks
- Ensuring high quality communication in the project
- Taking care of the correct demand planning, timesheets reporting, invoicing
- Supporting and providing onboarding process for new team members
- Verification of KPIs
- JIRA tracking, service activities tracking
REQUIREMENTS:
- Very good communication skills
- Able to support the Project related admin tasks
- Degree in computer science or life science or comparable education/experience
- At least 2 years of commercial experience in IT and business
- English skills on the upper-intermediate level (at least B2)
- Basic knowledge of relevant methodologies, technologies, languages, standards and processes
