PMO Administrator with German

Your Task
- Monitoring and analyzing the tickets in internal Hemmersbach systems
- Active communication with our technical teams, local management, onsite engineers and customers via the e-mail, rarely via the phone
- Working in line with our internal procedures: Data verification in our ticketing system, analysis and reporting
- Working with MS Office package (including Outlook)
Our Requirements
- English and German language on upper intermediate level (B1/B2)
- MS Office knowledge
- Highly developed communication and organizational skills
- Team player
- Proactive and flexible to take over new interesting tasks
Would be an asset:
- Previous work experience in the customer service /service desk
- IT/Hardware related background
- Other languages: French (even on intermediate level)
