Your role
Are you able to think strategically and to lead in a multi-vendors environment? Are you goal-orientated with a pragmatic focus on delivering outcomes? We’re looking for someone like that who can help us:
- manage platform services and vendors to support value creation for UBS across digital channels
- maintain strong relationship with both the business and 3rd party service providers
- risk, security and compliance aspects of architecture and IT operating model
- manages the IT Operations
- establish and implement the Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- supports the coordination and the communication activities related to Major Incident Management
- supports the Service Asset and Configuration Process
- supports the Release and Deployment Process
- ensure that the Group Marketing Communications Services Applications are correctly defined in the inventory systems
- ensures knowledge database is always up to date
Your team
You'll be working as part of the Digital Platform Operations team. Your position will be based in Wroclaw. Our team focuses on providing support to business partners on all issues related to Group Marketing Communications Services digital platforms.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- 2+ years technical experience in Platform Service Management, Problem Management and Supplier Management Leadership
- qualifications such as ITIL certification
- excellent knowledge of IT systems and tools such as JIRA
- university degree or equivalent expertise (technical, economics or similar)
- deep understanding of relevant digital platforms (Adobe AEM, …)
You are:
- able to facilitate discussion and align across multiple teams (Business and IT such as Application Operation and Infrastructure Operation in particular)
- able to understand and resolve the incident or involve the appropriate teams
- fluent in English language (German language is an asset)
