We are looking for candidates for the position of:
Location: Warsaw and plant sites in 14 CEE countries
The purpose of the role is to lead the CEE Regions Plant efficiency program. The role will provide the skills, knowledge and vision needed to achieve world class performance in plant efficiency, safety and maintenance of the plant assets. Provide optimum performance of Plant equipment and materials for the areas of mechanics, electrics, software technology, electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics.
Responsibilities:
- Lead plant specific projects.
- Capacity increase
- Equipment replacement and new equipment installation project
- Building and facilities upgrades or building projects
- Lead the Q & V stage of the CQV phase of new line installation.
- Act as interface or representative of the plant in all design, concept, planning and design reviews of new line projects.
- Provide maintenance and engineering services in all Plants, and manage immediate response to regional plant breakdowns Manage engineering projects
- Assess suitability of new machinery in Plants with regard to productivity, reliability & safety
- Generate continuous improvement in maintenance practices, facilities and site services and pursue cost reductions while improving safety of working conditions
- Monitor external contractors
- Perform health and safety audits
- Minimise effect of CHEP activities on external environment while improving physical condition of workplace
- Provide maintenance training and assess nationally recognised standards

What we expect is that you have experience with:
- 2-3 years Engineering management (development, implementation and management of projects)
- 2-3 years Project management in implementation of a mechanical Production Environment
What qualifications, skills and knowledge we expect from you:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equiv.
- European SHE Managers Qualification
- Knowledge of the Budgeting (control) and CAPEX process
- Knowledge of OEE and reliability systems
- CQV Process
- Project Management
- Microsoft Project as a scheduling tool
- Fluent English
