For our Client, international company with global reach, we are looking for new people to join growing marketing department on a position of Pitch Assistant.
Your new role:
As a Pitch Assistant you will be required to support tender processes in the cooperation with internal Client internationally - senior managers and partner. Your daily duties will include: developing ongoing cooperation with internal Client, preparing or gathering necessary data to support tender process, support offering process by preparing proposals and offer presentations, preparing necessary project documentation and tracking activities in the system. You will also develop contact with other marketing departments (market research, digital communication) to obtain necessary information for the tender process.
What you'll need to succeed:
We are looking for candidates with various experiences - both with previous experience in tender area (preparing proposals and offer presentations) as well as juniors open to develop. Because of the international scope of the role, fluent English is a must on this position. The ideal candidate should be a well-organised and detail-oriented person with highly developed communications skills able to work independently.
