At the present moment we have an open vacancy for the position of:
Pipeline Manager Polpharma Group
Location: Warszawa
The person will be a member of the Pipeline Management Team; She/He will be responsible for continuous alignment between ongoing projects in R&D and/or BD on one side, and commercial market needs on the other.
The function is based in Warsaw and reports to the Head of Pipeline Management (Corporate Portfolio & Pipeline Management Department).
Responsibilities of the Pipeline Manager:
- Monitoring of changes in the markets' environment that could affect commercial viability or could call for changes to the projects
- Monitoring of project progress as reported by R&D/BD, with the aim to signal events that could affect the commercial viability of the projects;
- Securing continuous alignment between markets on one side and R&D and/or BD projects on the other, enabling, if ever needed, timely adaptation of project objectives and commercial plans
- Supporting the organization in the annual budgeting process (planning of new launches).
Requirements:
- Master education
- Knowledge about key-success factors, processes, potential issues and their implications in the areas of R&D, BD and S&M. Experience in R&D, BD or S&M will be an important asset.
- Strong communication skills, capable to effectively build networks and relationships throughout the Polpharma organization
- Strong organizational skills and ability to deal concurrently with a variety of projects and issues
- Self-motivated individual able to work independently or in a team environment and willing to learn
- Strong analytical skills
- Capable of resolving problems and developing structural solutions
- Results-oriented
- Well-developed presentation skills
- Fluency in English
