Job Description:
Key responsibilities of the role:

 
The LS Manager will be responsible for helping in driving our Life Sciences clients’ strategy and business planning efforts. Responsibilities may include:
  • Project Management: Lead team of analysts/consultants on client facing engagements and own and deliver consulting assignments
  • Project Delivery: Work on small to medium-size teams to deliver projects for global clients. Responsibilities may include strategy and process design in the following areas:
    • Drug Research Process Improvements
    • Clinical Trials Process Improvements
    • Pharmacovigilance and Adverse Events monitoring systems and processes
  • Business Development: Engages with global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities within the practice
  • Industry Expertise: Provide industry expertise in various sub-segments of the Pharma/Biotech/CRO industry
  • Domain Development: Develop assets and methodologies, development of points-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, conduct public speaking and publish in industry periodicals
Working Conditions:
  • Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work.
  • Willing to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term.
  • Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may typically Monday to Friday for some periods during the year.
Requirements:
  • Minimum  higher degree from leading university, MBA degree would be an asset
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken). Good level of the other foreign languages (German, French or  Russian) would be an asset
  • 7+ years of experience in international context servicing clients or worked internationally in Life sciences industry, mostly in at least 2 of below fields:
    • R&D BD
    • Clinical Trials Operations
    • Regulatory Affairs
    • Pharmacovigilance
    • Medico-legal Compliance
  • Should be a part of the system implementation either as a business user or conducting User Acceptance Testing in area of R&D/Clinical Trials/ Regulatory
  • Should possesses consulting experience
  • Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills
  • Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm
  • Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed delivery environment
  • Skilled in using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Should have team management and project delivery experience
  • Should have practice development, large team management and project delivery experience
  • Should express strong business development experience and abilities
