MAIN DUTIES:
- Supporting candidates and internal stakeholders through the hiring process
- Administer pre-employment checks to ensure compliance with regulation and avoidance of conflict of interest
- Own the candidate experience and provide engagement throughout interview scheduling, the hiring process and beyond.
- Liaise with internal departments and external providers to ensure ‘first day readiness’
- Generate offers on the system
- Manage a high volume of confidential information at all times
- Prioritize multiple tasks and manage work load, time effectively
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree and at least 1 year of experience in a Service Oriented Environment – (Students of the 3rd year.)
- High school diploma and typically 4 or more years' related experience in a Service Oriented Environment
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to work all shifts 9:00 till 17:00 and 14:00 till 22:00 Mon-Fri
