- This is an opportunity for a passionate and driven Perimeter Security Specialist to join us in Network Security
- You'll be using your expertise in the wide area of Network Security for a number of globally scoped projects, while performing in-depth analysis and assessment of both internal and externally facing infrastructure

What you'll do
Taking part in workshops with Security Architecture or Cyber Security colleagues, you'll be involved in making sure any potential risks are spotted and driven towards mitigation, with the overarching goal to make our customers more risk aware and most importantly, secure.
Day-to-day, you'll be:
- Playing a key role in a tool-based rule change management process
- Utilising your Information Security experience to advise on various projects, making sure security is simply built into the deliverables
- Acting as a subject matter expert for various Network Security related projects including Firewalls and Software Defined Networking
- Assessing vulnerabilities and threats associated with new or operational Perimeter Security design, configurations and processes
- Designing, reviewing and advising for pre and post changes introduced to the Perimeter Security components, including standard and non-standard changes
- Identifying, reporting and helping to manage associated risk to the business service
- Participating in workgroups and the execution of projects, commenting on various project documentation
The skills you'll need
As well as being fluent in English and having excellent communication skills, you'll need good working knowledge of virtualisation and network infrastructure, as well as experience in a large corporate environment.
You'll also bring:
- Extensive networking and Information Security knowledge and experience
- Strong Firewalling and LAN or WAN Networking experience such as Fortinet, Cisco or Checkpoint
- Good working knowledge of SDN Technologies such as VMware, NSX environment or Cisco ACI
- A good understanding of cloud computing technologies and emerging computing trends
- Knowledge of Skybox platform in terms of network mapping and rules or configuration compliance tooling
