Performance & Custom Reporting Analyst

Job description
An experienced performance analyst with a minimum of three years’ experience in performance measurement to maintain our daily performance validation process. The role will require analysis of daily breaks and data anomalies to cleanse the accounts prior to release. The role will also include the creation of custom client reporting documents as well as providing a quality control function for custom reports generated by the front office. The applicant will be a self-motivated analytical team player with the ability to complete their responsibilities whilst identifying process improvements and enhancements to improve quality & efficiency.
Requirements
- Validate & release daily performance returns
- Investigate and analyze suppressed accounts with the aim of resolving data issues for same day release
- Complete monthly & quarterly custom reports for our clients
- Quality control custom reports prepared by the front office
- Interact with other CPB teams for issue investigation and resolution
- Ensure that the relevant data integrity and data quality controls are in place
- Update the department with relevant daily and monthly stats & MI
- Manage & escalate any potential issues
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for procedures and User Acceptance Testing
Key Requirements:
- 3 years of performance measurement experience within financial services
- Demonstrate a good understanding of performance measurement and calculations
- Good analytical background in the financial services industry with some operational experience
- Detail-orientated with good organizational skills
- Client focused individual with strong communication skills
Qualifications:
- University Degree
- Knowledge of performance reporting and performance calculations
- Knowledge of investment and financial products
- Analytical with the ability to complete assigned tasks independently
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to write SQL queries is preferred
