We are looking for a People Service Partner – Payroll Expert to maintain Polish payroll process for over 3000 employees in Nordea. This is an opportunity for you to develop your Polish labour law knowledge and being an owner for Polish payroll process maintenance.

You’ll join Employment Services Unit, where we take care of all Nordea employees’ satisfaction and great end user experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Being an expert in Polish payroll process and first point of contact for Polish employees
- Being a SOP/manuals owner – regularly reviewing the process
- Continuously being on the top of Polish labour law
- Responsible for informing and sharing information within own team and in the People community to increase the level of knowledge
- Act proactive in order to prioritise and plan ahead the upcoming tasks to ensure deliveries on agreed deadline and with high quality

Your profile and background:
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Having at least 2 years’ experience in payroll process for Polish employees
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Having excellent communication skills needed to be a point of contact for Polish employees
- Continuous Improvement orientation
- Having knowledge of Polish labour law
