People Mobility Analyst is responsible for contributing to the end to end mobility process management for assignees and engagement leads by delivering mobility services in accordance with Accenture cross border policies for the country of their responsibility under the supervision of the People Mobility Manager.
In addition, as People Mobility operations are also handled by offshore service centers, People Mobility Analyst has to have strong relationships with them and he/she is responsible for the control points agreed with People Mobility service off shore teams and ensure smooth delivery of the end to end mobility operations.
People Mobility Analyst shall be primarily responsible for the immigration matters in Poland. In addition, he/she will follow up on the income and social taxes, destination services, health insurance, finance areas according to his/her skills and as agreed by the supervisor.

Coordinating the immigration process and formalities for inbounds to Poland and Polish outbounds assigned abroad

Coordinating and social tax processes, destination services, health insurance and other mobility areas

Helping engagement leads make well-informed staffing decisions related to cross border projects

Providing high touch support for complex assignees

Supporting HR business partners with key learning, policy advice and cost considerations during the planning and candidate selection process.

Support the supervisor and Leadership in managing risk and compliance
People Mobility Analyst will have regular interaction with Accenture stakeholders/leadership; other internal teams including offshore service centers.
This role will also require managing contact with external tax service provider, immigration providers, tax and social security authorities, immigration authorities.

Very good command of English, both spoken and written

At least 1 year of experience in immigration and relocation services industry - preferably in a relocation company, immigration law firm or HR department in Global Mobility division of a multinational company
