About this opportunity
Welcome to the People Services, Analytics and Reporting unit. We add value by supporting People Organization with People analytics needs. Through our services we want to support the organization to become more data-driven and to elevate the use of data analysis in our services and processes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Produce high-quality HR reports and descriptive reports
- Deliver standard reports as per agreed schedule and develop ad hoc reports as required
- Support colleagues by building Excel & VBA automations across people processes
- Participate in projects related to improving efficiency and work quality

Your experience and background:
- Bachelors' degree
- 2-3 years of experience, preferable in shared service/corporate environment
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- SAP/Success Factors knowledge would be an asset
- Experience in creating Macros will be an asset
