ABOUT YOU
- You have 3 years’ experience in Information Management / Business Intelligence / Advanced Analytics, where you showed how to develop organisation using data driven insights using your strong analytic capabilities,
- You have experience in automatized reporting, identifying manual tasks and creating automating solutions,
- You have experience with Change management, not only by being subject of changes but also actively participating in leading it,
- You are curious, and you always want to know “why?”,
- You are interested in economy and labour market, society, human behaviours and you can find a clear link between those with business results,
- You like to talk to people (with sense) and often you have a feeling that numbers talk to you,
- You know that analysis conclusions are dead unless they are well communicated to the stakeholders,
- Once you start a project you are also eager to finish it and you know how to prioritize things,
- You are fluently in English in both written and speech - Communication with Group Function will be done in English so it is needed,
- You know / used / work now with systems – must are Excel, SQL, SAP, optional: Power BI, SPSS, QuickView,
- Preferred experience in implementing new technology and/or creating integrations to existing technology,
- Preferred min. 1 year of experience in Human Resources, HR systems.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
This job is about two main tasks: influencing by using People data and data management.
- Align with key stakeholders within People & Culture and other functions securing a well-functioning People information & data management,
- Conduct and distribute People related business analysis, identify trends, opportunities as well as potential risks,
- Present conclusions from analysis in a manner that people will understand and can draw an action,
- Make sure that People analytics is an integrated part of business decisions throughout the organisation and coach leaders on understanding data properly,
- Be perceived as Subject Matter Expert for understanding People data (root cause analysis, setting and following relevant KPI’s),
- Be sure that appropriate statistical measure were taken into account so data can speak clearly and not be biased,
- Support in the identification and implementation of digital capabilities in the country organisation that can support efficient and accurate people analytics,
- Take lead on improvements in data quality as well as supporting on legal compliance topics in relation to personal data for co-workers (ie GDPR, RODO in Polish),
- Collaborate with global organisation and co-create changes when appropriate.
In this role you will report to the People Delivery Manager.
