We seek for an engaged and enthusiastic Payroll Specialist who would join our HR Team and would be working in close cooperation with our Payroll Lead for Poland. In this role you would be involved in internal payroll processes in Poland, acting as a point of contact for Employees regarding payroll questions and queries, preparing required ad-hoc and regular reports and analysis.
If you already have 1-2 years of experience in Polish payroll processes, you are supportive, committed and professional, you like working with numbers but also with people & you are a real team-player, you have high attention to detail, can-do attitude, but also willingness to learn from the experts in the field & what is more you enjoy working in a dynamic environment – this is a place for you!
- Collecting and processing payroll-related information & documentation
- Supporting calculation of remunerations and extra benefits according to biding regulations
- Ensuring that payroll related documentation and payroll processes meet current legal requirements
- Preparing, maintaining, verifying and updating personnel & payroll related documentation
- Preparing payroll documentation: certificates, civil-law agreements, annexes, employment certificates
- Registering employees in ZUS, data updates and deregistering
- Acting as a point of contact for Employees regarding payroll questions and queries
- Preparing required ad-hoc and regular reports and analysis
- Assistance with audits
- Participating in other HR projects and processes as assigned by management
- University/college degree or certification in a specialization related to Finance & Accounting, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology
- 1-2 years of professional experience in Polish payroll activities
- Very good knowledge of Polish labor law, regulations related to social insurances, tax and payroll rules
- Experience in HR reporting and analysis
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking, good planning and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under time pressure, multitasking skills
- Computer proficiency, familiarity with expert personnel-payroll programs
- Fluency in English and Polish, both verbal and written
