- Accurately keys all payroll related data necessary to process the monthly payrolls (multiple countries) and meets appointment schedules
- Contacts clients daily to obtain payroll data including salary adjustments, special payments, tax allocations and employee deductions and to set schedules.
- Maintains a high rate of client retention through quality service.
- Keeps abreast of the payroll processing system and changes in wage and tax laws, and corresponds with federal, state and local tax agencies on behalf of our clients in problem situations.
- Maintains Client files
- Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with clients, agencies, and coworkers to promote Intercomp's quality service image.
- Conduct pro-active communication with client and internal team to be able to identify risks
- College or university degree
- Fluent in one of the following languages: Czech, Polishplus Good English knowledge Payroll or finance experience is an advantage
- Strong PC skills (especially in Excel)
- Ability to manage multi-tasks and handle complex cases
