For our client, a global retail company operating in over 40 countries, we are looking to recruit a Payroll Specialist with Slovak/Czech language.
Employed person will be responsible for all matters related to the assessment of wage and salary administration.

Opis stanowiska:
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy in HR - payroll module
- Verification of payroll calculation provided by outsourcing company in accordance with applicable state regulations
- Preparing payroll reports
- Record keeping
- Document circulation process improvement
- Providing trainings for local employees (procedures, law restrictions)
- Cooperation with other departments in providing payroll data
- Contact with lawyers and react on local labor law changes
- Representation of employer in external audits (e.g. Public Administration)
Kogo szukamy:
- Fluent English and Slovak or Czech
- University diploma
- Experience in similar position - working in HR department or service company specialized in calculating wages
- Knowledge of labor law, legislation on wages, social security and tax regulations relating to employee benefits
- Advanced Excel skills
- Teamwork and management skills
