Payroll Specialist with French in SSC (start up)

On behalf of our Client, the production company, which sets up a new Shared Service Centre in Łódź, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of Payroll Specialist with French.

Main responsibilities on that position will include participation in process migration as well as processing employee changes for specified EMEA Markets. Main duties will also involve processing planned payroll cycles as per specified markets including starters, leavers and any contractual or personal details on SAP. Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll data in accordance with prescribed timetable and via external service providers, reconciliation of payrolls to the general ledger as well as managing employee data feed into payroll system. Main tasks will also include performing timely tax and social security filing and payments where applicable and ensure completeness of reportable income and benefits in compliance with legislation.

The successful candidate for this position has at least 3 years of experience in an in-house payroll role, ideally processing a weekly or monthly payroll and using SAP .University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or similar as well as very good English and French skills are required. Proficient MS Office skills are needed. We are seeking candidates with basic accounting knowledge, proven customer facing skills as well as ability to work to strict deadlines, dealing with daily pressures.
