No day is like any other at Arrow. You will manage payroll processing team, including day-to-day payroll deliverables, integrity of payroll system, time system and coordination with Workday HR team. You will assist with managing payrolls of several EMEA countries including scheduling payrolls, working with vendor to resolve issues, maintaining logs and payroll statistics, resolving escalated and complex issues that arise on a daily basis. You will also create, run and review certain payroll reports, build and maintain work relationships with internal partners, collaborate to research employee issues and provide timely and accurate payroll related data requests to appropriate partners and assist with compliance matters. You will be responsible for continuous process improvement by identifying payroll vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement and operating efficiencies.
You know how to set priorities for the team; you can coordinate work activities with other supervisors; you are able to solve problems based on practice and precedent and know how to train team members and provide input to employee performance evaluations.
You have at least 5 years of experience at the similar role, excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic, organizational, communication and problem solving skills. You are be able to work in professional and confidential capacity in fast paced, deadline driven environment. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
