Tasks and responsibilities
As our new colleague you will be responsible for creating and updating of HR & Payroll documentation, employees’ working hours and salary calculations. You will also settle accounts with the tax authorities (such as US, ZUS, and PFRON) and create reports and statistics on a regular basis.
Key skills required
Good communication skills and good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Min 3 years of experience in a similar position ideally in a company of a production profile.
Fair understanding of multi-cultural environment
Very good knowledge of of the work, tax laws and social insurance laws
Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, “Płatnik” and other payroll systems will be also required
A structured approach to your tasks and ability to manage several tasks at the same time
You have good organizational skills and can meet tight deadlines
You can work independently as well as a part of a team
