Payroll Coordinator
Location: Warszawa
Responsibilities
- Managing diverse payroll transactions, such as payments, benefits, wages, taxes, etc.
- Keeping personnel records of employees and preparing reports
- Collecting information about changes in payroll processes and updating them if necessary (eg new benefits, hikes)
- Solving problems related to wages at various levels in the organization
Requirements
- Experience in payroll area – about 3 years
- Knowledge about payroll and taxes in various locations
- Great understanding of Polish law (payroll procedures etc.)
- Knowledge of payroll software and MS Office package
- Analytical mind and paying attention to details
- Very good command in English
- Knowledge of any additional European language would be an asset
