For our Client, well known, global organization we are looking for highly motivated and goal-oriented Candidates for the position:
PAYROLL AND HR SPECIALIST WITH ITALIAN
Duties:
- Ensuring accurate data updates in the HR system and the case management tool
- Coordinating workforce administration
- HR administration of employee's life cycle documentation (employment contracts, on-boarding documentation, exit certificates), transfers, compensation & benefits
- Ensuring high degree of client orientation, handling of requests with the right priority and in a professional manner, building effective relationships with Clients
- Provide administrative services related to in scope processes
- Perform data gathering towards HR Managers
- BA or Master degree, or relevant working experience
- Fluent knowledge of Italian (both orally and in writing) - is a must
- Fluent knowledge of English (both orally and in writing) - is a must
- Professional experience in Italian (in-country) payroll would be desirable
- Knowledge of HR processes and policies
- Very good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of SAP HR system would be an asset
- Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Positive "can-do' professional attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
