BPO employs over 3000 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.
The jobholder will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of employee payroll and benefits data, according to the project deadlines and to the expected quality. The Payroll and Benefits Process Analyst will also have to interact with the Client on a daily basis via phone and email, ensuring proper resolution of Pay & Benefits related requests. Another key aspect of the job is the cooperation with other delivery team members, sharing knowledge and expertise, as well as making sure that all the necessary documentation is up to date.
- Answer client’s calls and emails
- Process client’s queries and escalations
- Provide clarification of Payroll and Benefits policies and procedures
- Process Pay & Benefits requests
- Organise knowledge sharing sessions both within team and cross teams
- Update SAP database
- Run Data Input Controls
- Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan
- Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes
- Maintain payroll information on:
- New joiners
- Employee leaves
- Employee moves
- Contractual/ employee data changes
- Master Data Maintenance for family-related bonuses (allowances)
- Manage employee benefits:
- STI/LTI payments
- One-off payments
- Recurring payments
- Share Purchase Plan, etc.
- Payslip production
- Tax and deduction setups
- Payroll Reporting
- Bachelor degree
- Very good command of spoken and written French and English
- Experience in HR/Customer Service
- Knowledge of process specific systems/tools (SAP, Taleo, TalentLink, Oracle)
- Attention to details
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication skills
- Ability to cooperate smoothly with other team members
