We are looking for a person to join our financial team, who will be responsible for coordinating HR and payroll tasks, as well as administration, legal and tax activities.

Cooperate with outsourcing companies so as to:
- Maintain and archive personnel documentation
- Prepare documents and certificates (agreements, annexes, certificates of employment, employment and salary certificates)
- Account for employee work time
- Calculate salaries and transfer funds to employee accounts
- Calculate overtime, annual leave, sick leave and other benefits paid to employees
- Refer employees to medical tests
- Prepare payroll-related returns, statements, reports and payroll data
- Provide employees with information and explanations on personnel administration
- Prepare tax returns (including VAT, PIT, CIT) for the tax authorities, Social Security returns, statements for the Central Statistical Office and the National Fund for Rehabilitation of the Disabled, Special Economic Zone reports
Other duties:
- Archive legal acts, contracts and agreements
- Administer credit cards, phones and company cars
- Maintain contact with banks
- Administer office space
- You have a professional education and/or experience in the area of finance/accounting/HR/payroll/administration
- You have a good knowledge of English (written as well as spoken)
- You have a basic knowledge in the field of labour law, social insurance, personal income tax regulations and in particular about the principles of payroll and annual leave equivalents calculation and determining the sickness benefits base (in-depth knowledge in this area is welcome)
- You are very well familiar with MS Office
