International Automotive Sales company is currently looking for suitable candidates for the positions of Payroll and Accounting Specialist. This is a great opportunity for capable candidates, who wants to work international team. If you have min. 2 years of Payroll and Accouting experience and knowledge of English at least at Business level, do not hesitate to apply for this position.
Scope of responsibilities:
- Assisting in daily accounting: posting incoming invoices, bank statements, general ledger entries, fixed assets,
- Assisting in payroll calculation and keeping personal files (about 20 employees),
- Participation in Month-end closing process,
- Participation in group reporting,
- Assisting in statutory reporting (GUS, NBP);
- Assisting in tax matters (VAT, CIT);
- Accounts reconciliation,
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in finance/accounting or HR
- Experience in payroll, ZUS
- Good knowledge of labor-law and social and health insurance,
- Knowledge of Polish accounting standards and tax regulations,
- Advanced Excel user
- Good command of English
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team
- Developed communication skills.
