About you
You have passion for working with people and you successfully lead them by example. You have strong knowledge of HR/Payroll environment (with min. 2 years of experience). You are able to organize and prioritize a high volume of daily duties for the team and to build strong working relationships with both team members and clients. Communication in Russian and English is your strong point and you are eager to use it while cooperating with various users all over the world. You are able to maintain high level of accuracy and attention to detail. No matter if you have a university degree in Business Economics, HR or related field, what matters is that you feel a natural in this environment and you have passion for understanding and exceeding customer’s expectations on a daily basis.
About the job
PA/PY Team Leader is responsible for the team recruitment. During the transition, together with its team supports transition in ensuring a proper knowledge transfer from Country to SSC, delivery of process documentation such as: manuals and working routines description. Coordinates trainings and workshadowing process to cover knowledge gaps and share the knowledge within the team.
After the go-live, PA/PY Team Leader ensures efficient and qualitative PA/PY services delivery in line with the global procedures and local legal requirements, supports colleagues from different Business Units among IKEA Group, provide excellent professional services with the customer in focus. You ensure that all the actions related to HR under SSC scope are registered and processed according to IKEA processes and directions, legal standards and country specific requirements. Furthermore, you contribute to continuously improve processes and working routines towards higher efficiency to build strong relationships to the SSC customers.
About the assignment
Transition
- Actively taking part in Transition Project to gain knowledge about Country PA/PY processes and specifics
- Coordinate collecting of proper information in order to create user manuals and working routines documentation
- Participation in PA/PY workshops, as-is process analysis from SSC angle, communicate the outcome to Project Manager to ensure complex and sufficient as-is process adaptation
After the go-live:
- Lead the country SSC team to deliver services on the high efficiency and quality level to ensure accurate, timely, compliant and consistent HR and payroll data entry
- Manage the above responsibilities according to the Service Menu, SLA and KPIs, following agreed procedures and rules
- Develop knowledge, skills and competence of the current team members. Recruit competent new co-workers that will fit to the team with the required PA/PY profiles
- Take responsibility for handling the transactions from the scope of responsibility of your team
- Supervise monthly payroll and year-end activities
- Support solving problems and independently resolve first level escalations
- Follow-up on the status of outstanding issues
- Take responsibility for the continuous improvement of processes, working routines and best practices. Motivate employees to propose new solutions. Ensure that the continuous improvement team cycle is working in the team. Lead bigger solutions and initiatives implementation
- Take responsibility for budget. Support and co-operate with Service Manager to ensure that the budget is followed
- Ensure that the company policy about the data protection and all internal SSC regulations are respected by all co-workers
- Assume other responsibilities assigned by Service Manager
