For our clients, international organisation, we are looking for candidates for the position: PA/PY Specialist with German/Russian/Dutch/French
Location: Poznań
Responsibilities:
- Processing payroll in cooperation with external vendor
- Preparing correspondence for external institutions
- Preparing regular reports
- Resolving HR queries in a timely manner
- Responding to payroll queries (in front of HR or Finance)
Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian and English
- 1 year of working experience in Personnel Administration and Payroll environment
- Good knowledge in taxation of law, social insurance and SAP/R3 HR System
- Analytical thinking and good organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-changing environment
- Interpersonal skills – communicative team player will be a great part of the department
