Currently the center is seeking candidates for the position:
Responsibilities:
- Day to day operations in the accounts payable area:
- Handle incoming invoices / credit memos
- Handle down payments
- Review vendor accounts
- Enrich vendor master data
- Reconciling vendor accounts
- Creating master data
- Handling of vendor queries
- Handle payment reminders
- Assist with other clerical duties
- Other specific accountabilities as directed
- Adherence to service levels
- Adherence to law and policies and procedures
- Other ad hoc duties as shall reasonably be requested
Requirements:
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business setting
- Experience in accountancy (preferably in accounts payable)
- Higher education in finance/accountancy would be an asset
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, knowledge of SAP would be an asset
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn
