Job description
- Take overall responsibility for the processes and team work organization
- Provide assistance to team members, ensuring that all work is done according to the agreed targets, performance evaluation, motivation, communication
- Supervise the team to deliver high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to the Client, with agreed targets and ensure these are fulfilled according to the timetable agreed
- Supervise trainings to the current and future delivery team members. Ensure that processes are understood and being followed by the team members
- Focus on developing business relationships with Client to bring additional value for the business processes
- Build the positive and supportive team culture
- Prepare logistics, coordinates transition trainings and work with transition manager to ensure proper delivery of transition tasks
Candidate’s profile
- Previous experience of leading staff is a must
- University degree or equivalent
- Very good English skills (at least C1)
- Experience in O2C would be great asset
- Very good analytically skills
- Ability to enhance process and controls
- Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
- Ability to work under pressure
- Transition experience is an asset
