Job description
We are looking for candidates who are ready to take part in the transition of OTC processes for our Client and after that join the delivery team. The scope involved covers processes: Customer Master Data, Order Processing, Billing, Cash Application, Collection, Dispute Management, and other AR related functions.
Main accountabilities
Transition phase:
- Validate the existing procedures and test new solutions
- Participate in new system implementation
- Conduct successful knowledge transfer within the OTC area
- Prepare process maps and desktop procedures
- Establish very good relationship with the client
- Transition duration: up to 2 months at the Client’s locations in Amsterdam
Delivery phase:
- Demonstrates knowledge of respective F&A processes and procedures and support other team members as appropriate (in Account Receivables area)
- Handle regular communication with the Client counterparts and build relationship with them for the future delivery
- Continually seek out ways to improve Client’s satisfaction
- Pro-actively developing relationships, and professionally and courteously handling all matters relating to daily Cash Management activities including:
- Collection and Forecasting
- Dispute resolving with internal and external customers, manage customer complaints and initiate corrective actions
- Work with and understand multiple AR systems, company divisions and cultural difference between customers
- Administrate real time information from management system
- Preparation of invoices (+ dealing with queries) & license fee understanding calculations
- Obtaining application and allocation instructions of monies received
- Administration and maintaining international taxes
Candidate's profile:
- University degree or equivalent
- Very good French skills
- Very good English skills
- Experience in OTC is a must
- GPM Methodology knowledge will an asset
- Very Good analytically skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software Applications in particular Excel
- Able to use financial systems according to instruction for routine purposes
- Ability to enhance process and controls
- Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- Teamwork approach
- Able to facilitate conference calls with internal stakeholders
- Transition experience will be an advantage
- Optional: US east coast working hours
