On behalf of our Client, Fresenius Kabi, we are looking to recruit Senior Order-to-Cash Accountant with German. Fresenius Kabi is a global health care company that specialises in lifesaving medicines and technologies for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition. Their products and services are used to help care for critically and chronically ill patients.
REPORTS TO: Team lead Order-to-Cash
LOCATION: WROCLAW / POLAND
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prioritize and process daily business with regards to Order-to-Cash transactions
• Prioritize daily work load to meet department and corporate goals
• Process electronic bank statements, perform bank reconciliations
• Apply incoming cash to open items on receivable accounts
• Process partial/prepayments and advance payment requests
• Follow-up on the differences in payments
• Investigate unmatched payments and resolve it with internal customer services or customer directly
• Regular and timely reconciliation of accounts receivable (reconciling AR clearing account)
• Assist regular dunning process
• Contact for customers on financial questions
• Document results and initiate escalation if required
• Open disputes / research deductions (internally)
• Route and resolve disputes and deductions internally, process appropriate adjustments
• Correspond and resolve issues with customers (conduct dispute calls)
• Process Intercompany AR transactions
• Correct errors and solve problems
• Conduct sample checks on postings
• Prepare month-end reports
• Conduct monthly Intercompany accounts reconciliation procedures
• Participate in special projects and activities as assigned by direct line superior
• Prepare input on receivables ad hoc reporting for management
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• Fluent German
• Fluent English (contact with German and other foreign customers)
• Willingness to temporarily relocate to Germany
• Experience in working abroad or experience in working with foreigners
• Ability to work with other Cultures
• Good knowledge of SAP module FI-SD
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (esp. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel
• Strong analytical skills
• Team player, highly motivated, flexible
DESIRED WORKING EXPERIENCE:
• About 3+ years relevant work experience
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
• University degree in economics / finance with major in Accounting or equivalent qualification / work experience
