Job Description
  • Carrying out customer risk assessment processes in close co-operation with other Order to Cash teams and contact persons in Businesses.
  • Handling escalated issues and inquiries from outsourcing partner.
  • Handling automated/manual credit checks.
  • Carrying out routine collection of overdue receivables and handling escalated collection.
  • Supporting incoming payment allocation and ensuring clean balances in AR. Processing non-SAP company bank statements and incoming payments for complex bank accounts. Approving needed correction and adjustment postings informed by Outsourcing partner.
  • Carrying out CRM monthly reporting.
  • Actively bringing up ideas for improvements and development in Order to Cash process, including e.g. ways of working. Participation in Order to Cash processes and tools development projects
  • Ensuring compliance of the defined internal controls in Order to Cash process.
  • Proactive communication in own responsibility area. Co-operation with other organizations and stakeholders.
  • Rehearsing & carrying out defined back-up tasks.
  • Responsible of own team’s work together with other team members.
  • Supporting and participation to the OTC process overall and so ensuring good service level.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in finance or related area, or equal work experience.
  • Minimum work experience of 2 years in accounting and reporting  or credit risk management.
  • Experience and knowledge in customer risk assessment (financial analysis) and trade credit insurance is desirable.
  • Fluency in English language plus German or Russian or Turkish language.
  • Understanding of  one’s own end to end process chain and linkages to other processes.
  • Solution oriented and problem solving mindset and the capability to understand complexities.
  • Good collaboration and influencing skills with flexible and positive attitude towards changing environment. Good team working and communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to work in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Ability and willingness to achieve own and team's targets and timelines.
  • Ability to actively participate to projects and other changes, lead development and take care of implementation in own area .
