Our Client, the organization providing global professional services, is going to establish Financial Shared Services Centre in Wroclaw. We are looking for interesting candidates with strong finance/accounting experience for Order to Cash Process Manager position.


As Order to Cash Process Manager you will be responsible for supervising Order-to-Cash team and ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and policies, as well as supporting month-end closing processes. Key elements of the role will include coaching large team of professionals and ensuring efficient application of workflow solution, as well as providing advisory to the clients and supporting delivery teams in Order to Cash processes to ensure operational excellence. As an O2C Process Manager you should understand overall business goals of the SSC and how the Order-to-Cash team supports these goals.


To be successful on this position you should have 5-7 years of experience in relevant field, a degree in economics/finance and speak fluent English. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of SAP module FI-SD and Microsoft Office. It would be beneficial if you also have extensive experience in transition of accounting activities into a Shared Service Centre environment. Given the nature of the role Order to Cash Process Manager needs to be able to travel at short notice. Flexibility, managerial and leadership skills are crucial while performing this role.
