Our client, a pharmaceutical company to the new European Shared Service Center is looking for candidates for the position:
Order to Cash Manager - NEW PROJECT IN NEW SSC

Responsibilities:
- Manage the O2C Lead Associate and Associates. Ensure quality and efficiency of work produced
- Oversee escalated AR, cash applications and credit issues and ensure timely resolution
- Oversee region’s receivables collection activities, including unique collections plans, bankruptcy or special action notices and placement of accounts with collection agencies
- Provide market Finance Directors with bad debt reserve recommendations per corporate policy
- Perform regular performance evaluations of staff members
- Coordinate team meetings and ensure constant communication within the team
- Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the O2C function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine. Form strong collaborative relationship with Global Process Owners.
- Monitor the performance and quality of activities performed based on agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level agreements (SLAs)
- Develop and maintain scorecards and KPIs to manage the performance of the department
- Proactively monitor and operate a robust SOX and internal control environment
Qualification:
Education
- Undergraduate degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration
Experience
- 5-7 years of relevant experience. Animal Health / Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
- Prior experience in managing O2C functions in a shared services US multinational environment
- Exposure to US and local statutory requirements as well as SOX or similar compliance requirements
Other Skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in English and applicable local language(s)
- Strong accounting background
