Accenture Operations helps clients achieve new value and productivity from their business processes by applying analytics, process acumen and industry expertise to the transactional data and processes we manage and operate on our clients’ behalf.

As Order to Bill Junior Specialist you'll be responsible for:
  • Management of Product & Distribution Complaint  
  • Delivery Management 
  • Customer Master Management, Order Intake and Processing  
  • Order Errors / Exception Management, Validation and Returns Processing  
  • Performing Billing & Invoicing 
  • Verbal and written communication with B2B Customers
  • Support of the hotline for business clients (5-10 call per day)
What do we expect?
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills and ability to maintain professional business contact 
  • Ability to prioritize, analytical skills, can-do attitude and ability to multi-task 
  • Ideally fluent English skills both in the spoken and written form, plus minimum C1 degree of competence in Greek
  • Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with main focus on Administration or Supply Chain Management.  
  • Previous experience in customer service role (Order Management Process, Order to Bill process preferred) would be an asset
  • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Excel would be an asset
