- Management of Product & Distribution Complaint
- Delivery Management
- Customer Master Management, Order Intake and Processing
- Order Errors / Exception Management, Validation and Returns Processing
- Performing Billing & Invoicing
- Verbal and written communication with B2B Customers
- Support of the hotline for business clients (5-10 call per day)
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills and ability to maintain professional business contact
- Ability to prioritize, analytical skills, can-do attitude and ability to multi-task
- Ideally fluent English skills both in the spoken and written form, plus minimum C1 degree of competence in Greek
- Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with main focus on Administration or Supply Chain Management
- Previous experience in customer service role (Order Management Process, Order to Bill process preferred) would be an asset
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Excel would be an asset
- Ability to work in hybrid mode (50% from office and 50% from home)
