Currently we have the opportunity for a dynamic French and English-speaker Order Manager Value Stream Ultra Sounds (US) to join our team in Łódź.
As an Order Manager Value Stream US you will be responsible for management of sales orders (systems, options and upgrades) placed by Market Groups (MG), overseeing and coordinating the entire order delivery process through pro-active collaboration with other Supply Chain functions such as Catalogue Management, Finance and Planning and Shipping. You will develop relationships with logistic teams in factories and MG. Furthermore you are responsible for executing all order processing activities in SAP and other supporting applications, including order screening for configuration completeness and order changes due to Customer or Factory requests.
You are responsible for:
- Managing your own orders: making sure all parts of a customer order (from factories and 3rd party suppliers) are delivered to the warehouse or to the customer complete and on-time
- Managing the order & requisitions, ensuring ICS (Internal Control Standards), SOx (Sarbanes Oxley legislation) and export control compliance
- Supporting the return order processes
- Ensuring on time transport organization.
- Responding pro-actively to missing items (MOA) or dead on arrival (DOA) claims
- Actively signal payment issues (credit blocks) blocking shipment and inform Finance & Accounting
- Pro-active communication to customers (both internal as external) in a clear and customer centric way
You are a part of the Customer Fulfilment Center (CFC).
The CFC combines several back office functions in the commercial supply chain of Philips to achieve process efficiencies. By doing so, the Market Groups (MG) are enabled to increase quality time with our customer. The scope of the CFC’s will gradually expand over the next year when activities from MG will be added.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor degree (HBO) in business administration /logistics, or you finished vocational education (MBO) with 3 years of experience in an operational environment, preferably with order management.
- Good level of English and French, both in word and in writing (both languages are mandatory). Other European language skills are appreciated.
- Knowledge of SAP (MP1) is highly preferred.
- Furthermore you are an enthusiastic and motivated team-player. You can cope with stress, have a flexible & pro-active mentality and you are able to work in a changing environment.
- You have very good communication skills and are customer oriented and always sees opportunities to improve the processes (operational excellence).
