Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
Order Management Specialist with French
Location: Lodz, Poland
Key responsibilities
- Order capture and processing
- Order maintenance and validation
- Document creation (Proforma and FI, CN/DN)
- Solving issues connected with order processing and shipment (cuts of order volume, ETS delays, sharing stock)
- Post-sale process: returns, posting CNs/DNs Cooperation with Order management & Claims team
- Communication with distributor, planning team, production, transportation planning
- Prepare and distribute basic reports of customer activity
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of English and French (at least B2)
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service area/ High process expertise in the field of Customer Service
- Interpersonal skills & communication skills
