Job Description
- Ensure accurate processing of all customer orders within SAP
- Verification of completeness of required data
- Receiving orders from partners and Sales Specialists
- Ensure accurate order entry
- Work alongside sales teams
- Resolve order queries or issues
- Ensuring fulfilment of licenses to customer
- Maintain all customer licensing profiles within the SAP
- Acting as a contact point for sales specialists, suppliers and partners
- Provide support to ad hoc company initiatives
- Fluent knowledge of English
- Higher education
- Experience involving attention to detail and customer service
- Computer skills
- Knowledge of SAP
- Strong analytical skills
