Your main tasks:
- Provide professional support by keeping up to dates ERP database in regards to Global service activity
- Verification of flow control in the ERP system
- Close cooperation with and support to the global service team and other global functions
- Collaboration with our customer support department
- Implementation of continuous improvement processes and tasks related to service operations.
Your Profile:
- To be successful in the role, you hold the following:
- Ability to focus on detailed and precision work
- You hold knowledges and experience in ERP & CRM database
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Communicative English, as this is our company language
- Ability to work individually but enjoy being part of a dedicated team
- Right attitude to customer service & repair
