- We are looking for an Oracle Technical Manager to work in various locations in Europe.
- This person will be working with the client to identify technical challenges and proposing respective projects to address those
- This role will be responsible for driving the technical development of solutions, functionality and feature based on Oracle technology.
- This position is primarily responsible for acting as the technical manager for customer and for enhancing the relationship with the client and other vendors in the project work stream.
- Responsible for managing the technical resources within this work stream, as such, this person will be working with project sponsor, overall project manager and development team to assign appropriate resources for the project, within the scope, schedule and budget to ensure deliverable's are met.
- This role involves interacting with Business Analysts, Data integration developers, administrators and solution architect to translate business requirements into a logical model.
Qualifications:
- Technical hands on experience in Oracle Database, preferably version 12c.
- Knowledgeable in one or more technologies like Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition, Informatica.
- Past experience in ETL, Data migration and Customer management experience.
- Past experience as Solution Architect or Technical Team Lead would be an asset.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong consultation and problem solving skills.
- Strong software and system delivery skills.
- Sets and conveys clear goals and monitors progress; is accessible and supports other team members; obtains results and adds value to the organization by making timely and sound decisions and influencing others.
- Understands data governance, metadata management and data security policies
- Have concern for ensuring accuracy, clarity and quality of work reflecting an underlying drive to increase efficiency and track organizational measures.
- Leverages others' strengths and experiences to achieve team goals; co-operates with colleagues and shares resources.
- Should be highly mobile and willing to travel internationally on short notices (min 3d / week, desired 4-5days /week).
