Role & Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for providing software development and system support expertise with specialized skills in the Oracle technology stack (Oracle Database and PL/SQL). The Senior Oracle Developer develops moderate to highly complex technical solutions and supports or enhances existing business applications to ensure project requirements and business needs are met. This is a critical role to continue providing development and support services.
Requirements:
- Develop, design, test and implement complex database programs using Oracle and third party tools.
- Strong Experience of Oracle Version 10g, 11g or 12c
- Worked on a Data Warehouse or very large database (VLDB) project
- Oracle database objects (packages, views, materialized views)
- Ensure that database programs are in compliance with Millward Brown's standards.
- Hands on development using Oracle PL/SQL
- Performance tune SQL's, application programs and instances.
- Evaluation of new and upcoming technologies.
- Providing technical assistance, problem resolution and troubleshooting support. Strong PL/SQL coding
- Demonstrated experience in all phases of the SDLC analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance, with on time delivery against aggressive deadlines.
