RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prioritizing and dispatching RFC/INC from SNOW
- Maintaining inventory (HPAM, DataOne, eInventory etc.)
- Communication with clients
- Cost allocation in OnePPM
- Producing daily stability report and allocating resulting work to DBAs
- Maintaining DBA resources (shifts, absences etc.)
- Producing reports from various sources (e.g. from Tableau dashboards, Imperva extracts, i2ms, HPAM, DataOne, OnePPM)
- Any other admin task that comes up (audit reports, OnePPM etc.)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the field
- Good to have L1 experience of Oracle DBA
- Ability to work autonomously and problem solve
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Problem Solving and Cross-Technical Integration
- University degree in computer science or equivalent
- Training less-experienced/ knowledgeable coworkers
