Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. - Provide technical support of Oracle 10g/11g production and development systems
- Install, configure, maintain Oracle Databases in various versions
- Resolve incidents affecting the availability of high profile production systems
- Analyze system performance indicators and recommend improvement actions
- Suggest improvements for the supported environments
- Degree in technical subject preferred (Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics);
- Oracle administration knowledge;
- Experience in administration of other database systems will be an advantage;
- Knowledge of Linux administration will be an advantage
- Understanding of networks basics
- Shell scripting skills (bash, c-shell, tcs)
- Good English communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within a team and in co-operation with other teams and third parties;
- DBA Certification will be an advantage
- Location: all Poland – after the trial period possibility to work partly from home ('home office') – or locally at the Warsaw office
