Operator / PowerPoint Specialist

Job Description

• create and process written and visual Client presentations for the bank from typed, handwritten or existing information, using a range of software as required in a timely manner.
• produce work of a high standard in terms of accuracy and quality
• liaise with the bankers in a professional and helpful manner at all times
• ensure that a smooth hand-over occurs with the operators on other shifts
• liaise with the Shift Leaders and Senior Operators over workflow and quality

Requirements

• excellent MS Office software skills, especially PowerPoint
• evidence of customer care
• excellent attention to detail
• excellent written and verbal communication skills - English is a must
• strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and multi-task
• experience of working in a highly pressurised environment
