Operations Security Manager
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- Execution of security controls and audits
- Risk identification and quantification
- Follow-up of incidents and corrective measures
- Assistance in raising operational risk and permanent control awareness
- Periodical control reviews
- Contribution to transversal projects on operational risk topics
- Constant monitoring of different operational risks and ensuring that they are covered
- Preparation of risk reports and statistics
- Contractual Compliance
- External and Internal audit coordination
Requirements:
- At least B2 English is mandatory
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel – data analyze)
- Ability to work effectively as a team player
- Open to work with internal and external Clients
- Strong analytical skills
- Self-motivation and willingness to learn
- Experience in Operational Risk department is an advantage
- Understanding of Data Privacy and Business Secrecy
- Experience in Contact Center is an advantage
