DECOCK Plants has its headquarters in Comines, Belgium, with a central location on the Ieper-Kortrijk road. We are active in 34 countries, supplying young plants to the ornamental horticulture industry.
We are a family company, employing 800 people in Belgium and Ethiopia. To support our continued growth and customer focus, we are looking for people to fill the following roles:
Operations Manager
You will be responsible for the monitoring of both incoming goods and finished products. You will also ensure an optimal balance between profit and quality within the operational production processes. You will be responsible for the planning and organisation of day-to-day operational activities. Together with your colleagues, you will lead and manage eight team leaders and their teams.
Profile
- You hold a Bachelor of Biotechnology or Horticulture, or have equivalent experience.
- You are a good coach and possess organisational skills.
- Good knowledge of the French language is a must, and preferably you will also have knowledge of English.
